Refined Catalyst Solutions was founded by a team of longtime industry professionals who saw an opportunity to combine experience, transparency, and modern tools into a better experience for suppliers. While the company launched in early 2026, the people behind it have spent decades buying, processing, testing, and refining catalytic converters across the country.
Before Refined Catalyst Solutions existed, our team spent years working in nearly every facet of the industry; from buying converters on the road to operating processing facilities, managing logistics, running assays, and building supplier relationships that still exist today.
Over time, we watched the industry become more data-driven and technology-focused. We also saw where suppliers were getting frustrated: inconsistent settlements, limited transparency, and systems that felt disconnected from the realities of the business.
RCS was built to bridge that gap. We combined experienced people, in-house processing, and practical technology to create a system designed around accuracy, communication, and long-term relationships.
Today, our team continues to work closely with suppliers across the globe, using feedback from the field to improve both our operations and the tools we build.
